What happens if I am not home to receive the order?If absent, a card is left; arrange depot pick-up or pay for re-delivery, or pre-authorize doorstep drop-off.
Does someone take away the packaging?Standard delivery service does not include rubbish removal.
How can I track my order?After dispatch, you'll get an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account for real-time order updates.
Can the driver call me 30 minutes prior to delivery?No. Unfortunately this is not a service that the drivers are able to provide.
How long will my order take to arrive?Delivery within Australia varies by zone, ranging from 3-15 business days.
What type of delivery services do you offer?Standard delivery to your door, ground access only, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. No inside delivery or assembly. Tail lift for large items.

Can you deliver anywhere within Australia?Yes, we can deliver Australia-wide. (Some restrictions on outlying islands).
